As project managers we work with our clients to ensure everything is happening on time and within the scope of the budget. We work to ensure that all regulatory compliance is in place in regards to zoning regulations, building codes, and the obtaining of the required city permits.

Planning
In planning phase, we work with our clients from initial strategic planning helping craft blueprints ensuring zooming regulations, precision, and market trends are incorporated to help in the build process. We also work closely with architects and design professionals to help review plans and ensure the architecture aligns with the client’s vision and expectations. A risk assessment is completed to identity and possible challenges or risks along with analyzing the current market trends. We document and retain all activity related to design changes and updates that is readily available to our clients and for their stakeholder.

Design Formation
We work collaboratively as a team with all party’s whether they be contractors, architects, or engineers to ensure continual communication and planning regarding the construction. We oversee design plans on the structural, electrical, architectural, and mechanical front ensuring the materials and resources to proceed are allocated and acquired in addition to budgeting and allocating costs and ensuring deadlines are met to begin construction.

Construction Management
During the exciting construction, we work with contractor management personnel to ensure timelines and milestone are being met as per schedule with the specified standards outlined in the design plans and compliance with building codes and regulations in addition to ensuring the availability and allocation of the right and highest quality of materials used.
